1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the cs555 platform at cs555.app (the "Platform"), you — the user ("Player", "you", "your") — acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. cs555 ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a cs555 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

Age Verification

cs555 conducts age and identity verification ("KYC") on all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed:

• Birth certificate (for supplementary age verification where required)

cs555 reserves the right to suspend deposits and withdrawals on any account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Any winnings generated by an account that is subsequently found to have been created by or on behalf of a person under 18 will be voided and the account balance forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

To open a cs555 account, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your real full name, a valid mobile phone number registered in your name in Bangladesh, a unique and valid email address, and date of birth. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or fictitious identity at any stage of the registration or verification process.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one cs555 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. cs555 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, cs555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all pending and historical bonus balances without notice.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cs555 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

Accurate Personal Information

You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. Submitting false or outdated information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending re-verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

cs555 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank accounts registered in the player's name. Minimum and Maximum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay); ৳1,000 for card and bank transfer methods.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 for all methods.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to the limits displayed in your account dashboard. High-value withdrawal requests may require additional verification documentation.

Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your cs555 account balance in real time upon confirmation of the transaction by the respective mobile financial service. Card deposits may take up to 5 minutes to reflect. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Withdrawals to mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within minutes for fully verified accounts during standard Bangladesh banking hours (9 AM–9 PM BST). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next processing window. Third-Party Payments Prohibited

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. cs555 will not process withdrawals to a third-party account under any circumstances. If cs555 determines that a deposit was made from a third-party payment source, the deposit will be reversed and the associated funds will not be available for wagering or withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering

cs555 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal where our AML monitoring systems flag a transaction for review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.

5 Betting & Casino Rules

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on cs555 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport or event, as published on the respective betting market page. In the case of ambiguity, the cs555 trading team's interpretation shall be final. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the cricket-specific rules detailed in the Cricket Betting Rules section accessible from the Cricket page.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each market are displayed at the point of bet placement. cs555 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has demonstrated a consistent pattern of exploiting pricing errors or taking advantage of early-market odds movements in a manner inconsistent with recreational betting behaviour.

Void Bets

cs555 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed at odds that resulted from a manifest pricing error.
• The underlying event was cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI).
• The bet was placed after the event had already commenced (late bet), where the platform's system failed to prevent acceptance.
• There is credible evidence that the outcome of the event was influenced by match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption.

Live Casino Rules

Games in the cs555 live casino are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a live casino session, game rounds are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. cs555 will make reasonable efforts to credit correctly determined winnings where a disconnection occurs mid-round, subject to server-side game logs confirming the outcome.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cs555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Minimum Odds: When using bonus funds to place sports bets, a minimum odds requirement may apply. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to the wagering requirement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using the cs555 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with cs555 support or compliance teams.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on any event where you have prior knowledge that the outcome has been improperly influenced, or where you are personally involved in influencing the outcome.
• Arbitrage and Exploit Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, bonus terms, or promotional offers in a manner that constitutes commercial exploitation rather than recreational play.
• Money Laundering: Using cs555 for the purpose of laundering money or concealing the origins of funds obtained through illegal activities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics in multi-player game formats.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Third-Party Account Access: Allowing any other person to access your cs555 account, or accessing another player's account — regardless of whether you have their permission.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a cs555 deposit without first contacting cs555 support to resolve the matter.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by You

You may close your cs555 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, cs555 will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending bets or withdrawal requests are settled. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account specifically as a responsible gaming measure, cs555 offers formal self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, cs555 will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account. Suspension or Closure by cs555

cs555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where cs555 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance comprising bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not the subject of a fraud or AML investigation will be returned via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any relevant investigation.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. cs555 will attempt to notify you of your account's dormant status via your registered email address prior to applying any dormant account policy. cs555 reserves the right to apply a small monthly administration fee to dormant accounts with remaining balances, as disclosed in the fee schedule on the Payments page. Your real-money balance will never be reduced to below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cs555 aims to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 5 business days. cs555's decision on disputes relating to bet outcomes, account balances, and bonus eligibility shall be final, subject to any applicable legal requirements.
